Lisa Krausman earns national recognition for service to professional organization (with photo)

Lisa Krausman, Department of Residence administrative dietitian and purchasing manager, earned national recognition for her outstanding contributions to the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS).  The award was presented at the 2011 national NACUFS conference.

The Richard Lichtenfelt award is named in honor of NACUFS founder and first president.  Lisa’s national service to NACUFS includes serving on the national education committee for 3 years, facilitating the Food Service Management Institute for 3 years and providing leadership of the NACUFS food service management internship program for 5 years.  Her list of regional service is equally impressive; she has served as the regional information officer, the sub-regional conference coordinator and regional conference committee member.
