Team attends national institute on learning communities

A team comprised of ten UNI faculty and staff participated in the National Institute on Learning Communities at Evergreen State in Olympia, Washington. The goal of the team was to create a multi-year plan for the development of academic learning communities that will provide intentional, integrated and transformational experiences that are student-centered, faculty-led and administratively-supported. Team members consisted of:

- Michelle Swanson, Instructor, School of Music

- Katie Hillyer, Professional Readiness Coordinator, College of Business

- Lyn Redington, Director, Residence Life
