In recognition of its 5th year on the UNI Campus, UNI-National Coalition Building Institute (NCBI) is launching a new, shorter workshop entitled “Controversial Issues” on October 28, 2014 from 1-5 p.m. The workshop will apply NCBI principles to develop leadership skills to constructively navigate potentially divisive, tough situations and conflicts. I would encourage anyone available to participate. One need not have attended previous NCBI workshops to participate in this one.
